Map Preview does not appear in Steam Workshop

Hey guys, as the title indicates, I have a problem after publishing my newly created map. Once the map appears in Workshop, it has no preview image in map details, see link

I followed OnkelSam's tutorial to create the "mapname_mm_xxx" files and everything appears to be in order in-game.

I saw a fix for this problem is to use the 32_bit legacy version of CoH2 and publishing it from there because this is a 64_bit version bug. Unfortunately, when I try to use this 32bit version, the update pauses automatically and every time I press "RESUME", it pauses again.

Is there another way to publish the map so it has a preview in its details?

EDIT: Finally, for reasons I can't explain, the updater stopped pausing and I followed the fix mentioned above!
