Anyone encountering more drops hacks of late?

So anyone else getting this lovely gameplay ''feature'' when the other team is losing or about to lose you get a desync? i used to get one these drops every week, but yesterday i got 2 and today 2 more, is it just me with bad luck? and why does it bugsplat you?

No, so assuming they got banned, but their names are always numbers and/or chinese characters.(sorry but is the truth) even got one on my team today, when we where about to lose desync and bugsplat.
