For some time now Zis is not firing at close to long range on targets even with vision for upto 10-13 sec. This has to be some kind of bug.

For some time now Zis is not firing at close to long range on targets even with vision for upto 10-13 sec. This has to be some kind of bug.
Guys save the replays, makes pinpointing bugs easier.
My controls weren't working
