Hopefully someone has run into this bug before. Occurred today while trying to build my mod
Error rebuilding .mod: The system cannot find the file specified
seems some others had issue with the new patch and tried this fix here:

No dice unfortunately, but also found this which is related. It mentions renaming their file however I worried that could have some unfavorable interactions with Steam or the workshop so wanted to bring this here in case anyone has a better solution.

edit edit: copying Archive.exe solved the issue

I've uploaded the Archive.exe file as a discord attachment.

Placing this file in the COH2 main directory should resolve problems with building mods.
