Unit context menu empty bug

Hi, yesterday I saw that some units have no context menu on the right bottom screen.Context menu totally empty. The unit cannot be retreat, attack, or stop, or doing anything. Please fix it. it's so disgusting

That seems to be a map dependent bug. Often clicking on a neutral building helps apparently. Apsrt from that not much can be done apsrt from 64 bit version magically fixing it
