3/5 abilities have nothing to do with mobility.
2/5 are vehicle call ins that have nothing to do with specifically mobility.

You also didn’t explain how the WP universal carrier works? The commander’s theme is somewhat nonexistent, but the abilities are pretty cool. It does lack a munitions sink. Could be an interesting commander though.
