Simply nerf turret rotation and mobility on all heavies to KT levels. No more blitz
Problem with current tiger and IS-2 is they just don't have to fear mediums, even if your opponent attempts a flank you can reverse and angle your armor enough to survive until backup arrives to deal with said mediums.
You can have firepower or mobility, but both is a recipe for OP. HOWEVER as the old comet nerfs showed an expensive premium vehicle that retains it's armor and mobility is still useless if it's main gun is nerfed into not being reliable. So the only realistic answer in my view is to nerf mobility while keeping the guns the same (bar removal of tiger ninja buffs that it shouldn't have).
Then building medium tanks will have a role again. This would also make people actually use the spearhead ability
