Currently some of the best units vs emplacement, bunkers, OKW truck are ATG. With their long range and scatter they attack ground and get hits on these buildings from safety. Imo it would better if the anti building utility was move to other units.
ATG could have their damage vs building reduced while some vehicles could follow the AVRE/ST example and get more damage vs buildings. Prime candidates could be 105mm Dozer, Brumbar, KV-8/KV-1 and one could expand to Scott/Stug-E

I do not see how, indirect fire weapon still work against these buildings.

AT guns are good vs buildings but they also have more counterplay. Using an At gun against a building means you have to move your AT gun far forward and makes it easier to flank and decrew/steal it.
The only other available options early on are mortars, but they are terribly slow at destroying buildings and they have less interesting counterplay options.
