Be afk the first 1-3 min sucks ofc, tho he is playing then. I assume it is because the searchtime is so long, so he goes to WC or getting something to drink. I don't think he makes this to lose the games. Because if so he would stay afk and not playing then.

There is actually a way to avoid matching with him as a team member, but it is a bit secret so I don't know if I should tell you..
