It's a Total War community organized tournament. So, it's mostly competitive Total War players that joined this one.
Usually, the host of the tournament hosts Total War tournaments, but this time around he's decided to switch it up by hosting a CoH2 one. He's also hosted a 2v2 tournament as well (am in the final of that too), and he announced the 3rd 1v1 tournament yesterday.
Only a few players are half-decent in this tournament, I wouldn't really call it a high skill tournament.
