I don't think anyone right now is so good at this game that they play even close to perfect, and most of the games that I've watched or played were decided by player skill and decision making, unless it was a close game/skill levels were very similar. Yea, things are imbalanced, but if you outplay your opponent it doesn't matter. For example I think you just played a game on langres where you lost a bunch of MP and units/vehicles because you didn't micro correctly.

Yes once in a while it is determined by player skill, but for vast majority of games I think those other factors have more weight given ~equal skillz
