annihilation 500 pop cap. Only mods here from what I remember, consist of cosmetics.
I played as the german OberKommando against a standard difficulty USA and 2 easy difficulty Soviets. The Russians didn't really do anything but the Americans were hell to deal with. I am a bit new technically so yeah.
