Volksgrenadies lose their command menu at:

16:20 - Volksgrenadie South
17:30 - Volksgrenadier South (same squad)

At around the 17 mark or a bit later the Mid Volks have their menu combined with the single Panzerfussilier squad giving them their AT nade and AI nade alongside their usual kit.
