Alright let me lay down the law. Axis can be good early as well as late game, so can allies, it all depends on what you do. Do you want to save up for late game tanks? Then you're gonna have a rough early game. Do you want to save up for early game tanks? Then you're gonna have a good early-mid game.(This includes the flak-ht). Same goes with infantry. Get tons of volks early game while partner goes support like dbl light-howi and you're gonna have a swell time on one side of the map(after taking out your opponents on one side simply send something to cap the rest of the map). Or go usual couple volks while saving mp for other stuff like falls/jaeger/etc... |

1v1: Allies
2v2: Balanced
3v3: Sorta Balanced(Both allies and axis are great in this mode, allies with mass tanks/arty, axis with heavy tanks/arty)
4v4: Axis
This is a generalization, some maps in certain game modes favor one side over the other. |

Hmmmm, I honestly don't think RNG is the problem here, it's more game design and the way units act sometimes in certain positions/places on the map/cover they're put next to or in front of. |
Best way to fix the Flak HT: Give it smoke at Vet 0, like how the puma doesn't need vet to use it. |
Ober isn't the most fearful squad, a vetted G43 fusilier with an Ober LMG34 (with strumoffizer buff) is true nightmare.

Might call it cheese, but it's part of the game. I think the main issue is "effective flexibility". Though I honestly believe most of what people worry about can be countered with patience and smart thinking. It's all about timing and figuring out what your enemy will do before he does it. That's how I (t)roll. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Aside from everything I've said, balance wise there are still issues that need to be sorted, just not through huge overnerfs or overbuffs. Simple tweaks here and there that wont affect a unit completely, but allow it to be effective enough to do it's job at a reasonable rate for the price you had to pay to get that unit, like the new KV-8. I do agree some things do need to be changed price-wise, like the B-4 precision strike/reload time, ISU 1-shotting(should be more of an anti-tank type of vehicle, though still effect infantry(increasing scatter would be best like with the IS-2), Snipers(possibly increase their price), guards(increase cost of buttoning), maxims(increase setup time maybe?), and other things like the m3, soviet mine wipes etc... |
