T-34 spam. You don't find that a problem ferrozoica that you can simply use a one tank to win every single tank battle. That the soviets do not need combined arms planning or scouting? Return of this i win button would destroy this game. I don't think it's quite as simple as that. Any half-decent player should assume there is a threat of ramming just as you would assume rifles had stickies in vCoH or cons have AT nades now. If someone just blindly throws T-34's at their opponents tanks they will quickly lose the game. Are there mines in the way? Is there a pak or shrek squad hiding behind that bush? Yes it is frustrating when your 200 fuel tank gets disabled to a much cheaper one but (for me) it mostly happens to either over extending or being out positioned. Personally I would have rams effect be more relative to the health/armour/facing of the target vehicle than it currently is but compared to how rams were when the game first came out, I honestly don't have an issue with them in their current form. It will lead to spam of t-34's and the Germans being permanently stuck on tier 2 . i say no thank you for that. You can say all you want that the germans should not put their tanks in vulnerable position but that means you can no longer use the brumbar or the tiger. The elephant shall need atrocious amount of support and using flank attacks with the panther can no longer happen if even one t-34 is on the field. Also for your information the German tanks where hit harder by the scatter nerf then the soviets tanks, especially the p4. What are you talking about? All you need to do is cover your tanks with Gren squads and your heavies should never get rammed, ever. Also, teller mines are your friend In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Shocktroops at 1CP3 Jan 2014, 21:13 PM MG42's DO work against Shocks, you just need to remember to spot for them. They won't work if you have your MG at the frontline. Incendiary/AP rounds when it gets vet 1 absolutely decimate them also. When I see 1+ Shock squads I get a FHT ASAP Supported LMG grens also work, snipers too as people have mentioned I've been using the P4 command tank recently which also works very well In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Germans are bad3 Jan 2014, 05:28 AM Jump back to quoted post3 Jan 2014, 05:03 AMwongtp in general, AT guns needs a toggle to only target tanks, not infantry. this way, they do not fire shots at infantry charges and keep the enemy guessing. in turn, barrage is balanced because you give away your AT gun position and will be inviting alot of fire from mortars later on. Even when CLOAKED they still fire at infantry. Highly annoying Also I believe one of the snipers fires at tanks if not on hold fire... Not read most of this thread but my opinion is that it's relatively balanced at the moment. I have no real complaints and I am actually finding I am able to try different tactics without getting beaten into the ground. As usal it's most likely just meta meta meta and people need to learn to adapt their playstyle instead of theorising about balance In: COH2 Balance
