For Cuddletronic. PolPot tried to retreat after being stunned to no avail. You can also see how the Stun Grenades will mess with the MG behavior. The Mg got stuck in place and could only reface its arc. Thanks. In: Replays |

 I will admit it didn't occur to me that the gunner could swivel the gun forward and sit on the counterweight. Very dangerous, and not the intended use, but doable. The one on the M10 looks like he's standing on the engine bay, which would mean they cannot turn the turret while he's there. The M10's second mount with the M1918 looks like it's right over the main gun, so I doubt you'd be able to use both at the same time. Mobility is huge in CoH2 due to the scaled down engagement ranges, so that would not be very favourable. The M18 had a turret ring unlike the M10 and M36, but the M18 isn't in the game so that's a moot point. And the Hetzer had a remote-controlled MG, JPIV gets Predator cloaking... Shermans can take multiple rounds from a Tiger... COH2 is barely about realism, this is about functionality for Allied Tank Destroyers within the game. Stug and Panther get mg's I don't see the issue with .50 upgrade. They could just add a guy standing on the back off the vehicle. Or for gameplays' sake just mount the mg on the front of the turret. I will try and get you a replay today. Last night I played a teamgame where one of them threw stuns at every opportunity, I predicted them and hit retreat on my .50 and had it wiped because they stopped responding to commands multiple times. Counterplay is just one of Relic's buzzwords I am trying to appeal to them. Of course there is no counterplay to grenades this isn't COD. Nothing in the game should interrupt a retreat... period. Soviet wire fields did and they were removed, crawlers used to do it and they got fixed. In: COH2 Bugs |

If you throw a normal grenade, bundle grenade whatever at a unit and the controller hits retreat, it may very well kill the unit but they will continue to pack up their setup team and retreat. If you throw a stun grenade in the same situation EVEN IF ALREADY RETREATING the unit will stop and be locked in place for about three seconds and you are guaranteeing a wipe even if the unit was max health. It's overkill and I have a feeling you haven't actually played many matches, if any, against it. In: COH2 Bugs |
