So I'd say you have two options: 1) Traditional coh style, play Soviets vs. Germans, then switch for gm2. VP leader picks faction for game 3. or 2) You say what your army composition will be at the start (either SS, SG, or GG), and you stick with that composition throughout the Best-of-3.
