There's a bug in the top10 api at the moment, not sure if it's on our end or if there's a funny character in somebody's name that is messing stuff up or what. Previously this bug had crashed the entire site (it happened about a month ago and then mysteriously fixed itself), and at that time Seb coded a failsafe to simply remove the TOP10 until we can look into it.
At the moment it's not high on our list of concerns because we know we're gonna have to do a ton of work to rebuild the ladders, replays, and guides, when the expansion hits in 9 days.
