A lot of people apparently think the PPSH is an assault rifle and thus should be exceptionally good at both medium and short range. If you get in close to the enemy by flanking and using tactical manoeuvres then the PPSh's do good damage. It basically comes down to people not using them correctly. um.... i am pretty sure everyone is using them at close range In: COH2 Gameplay

The mechanics of match making are correct, but when it can't find a game, is sets you up with players from other tiers. i think there is a limit though if i recall ( i remember reading it somewhere). For Lol, it wont match you outside a certain ELO range if im not mistaken In: COH2 Balance
