Trap it there and make sure to avoid shooting at it so his teching is delayed by an hour.
It sounds like somebody whacking a really heavy gage, tightly strung wire with a sledgehammer, in an empty factory for really nice reverb. And somehow it is played at volume level 11, even though your computer's max is 10.
the doctrine has sprint for INDIVIDUAL squads (unlike tactical movement or whatever its actually called). no matter how bad the rest is (storms are okay, breakthrough can be useful) that little ability alone makes the whole doc worthwile (as ost has decent stock units in all tiers)
The only reason why this doctrine is in my loadout. XD
