MORE soviet information for you guys,this will explain further more about russian weakness
1. BM-13 132mm rockets：
range：50-150；
one rocket damage：80；
penetration：50
AOE(Area of effect) radius：6；distance according to AOE damge：1.5/3/4.5；AOE damage：80/28/8
2.Nebelwerfer 150mm rockets:
range：35-160；
one rocket damage：80；
penetration：50
AOE(Area of effect) radius：6；distance according to AOE damge：1.5/3/4.5；AOE damage：80/32/12
3. M8 183mm rockets(colliape):
range：40-130；
one rocket damage：80；
penetration：50
AOE(Area of effect) radius：5；distance according to AOE damge：0.75/3/4.5；AOE damage：80/40/12

SEE the problem?the weakest AOE damge,with the 4x4 firing mode and nerfed accuracy,make it a useless thing in 4vs4 or 3vs3
NOT to mention the same price with 42 rocket launcher but more than less effective against any target,even BLOBER
It used to be a sniper against east german MG42,but with the german players complaint,its accuracy has been greatly nerfed,now it can't take the role as a sniper
PLAN 1:kachusha to be made russian colliape,16 all out at one time with the same cooldown as colliape beteew each rockets to delay enemy's attack
PLAN 2:kachusha to be made russian 42RL,8x2 firing mode without suppression for balance to fight against blobers
PLAN 3:kachusha accuracy buffing,the same as the past time

nebelwerfer is a panzerwerfer? and are those aoes and damages correct? im pretty sure katys have more aoe dmg and range. if your stats are correct then balance needs to happen
