Permanently BannedSU player made it a fwd HQ. My flamer pios didn't make a dent in the health of it.

It has a stupid amount of health. If you fire UKF base artillery at it (something that levels almost every building in the game) it scratches the stonework.
I don't know why they left Forward HQ in the game when they overhauled Urban Defence. Garrisons are too much of an inconsisent shitshow to ever balance an ability like that.
