Shouldn't we add 2min set up cooldown for 251 like others?

I actually like that Osteehr has a retreat point by using Halftrack. Especially when SU even got a retreating point with the new commander.
I enjoy Coh2. I want this game to be balanced as it can possibly be for

soviets

Agreed, it should just be balanced properly and it won't be a problem.
