Some change about infantry weapon drop and weapon slot

Infantry squad upgrade weapon only drop when eliminate full squad,but increase chance to 100%
And some change about weapon upgrade,I think some upgrade like G43 or PPsh should use 1 weapon slot（we should increase Cons slot to 2）,and Volks Stg44 and Ober IR.stg44 I think it should reduce slot they used to 1
