[HELP] Tank Custom Tank Critical

So, I'm editing some of the tanks to have some unique "traits". For one tank, I want to add a critical that has a high probability until the crew reaches Vet 1 and above. Any suggestions on how I can make this conditional critical would be much appreciated.

I solved my issue by mimicking the crit for the Sturmtiger. Following the vanilla template, I was able to create a new custom critical for the tank I was editing.
