Make them sprint at vet 5 and add a Tactical Advance commander ability (but they do not stack, do not worry)

Maybe by default, 5 man or 6 man (upgrade size option 30 ammo). More for Longer range option. Would be nice.
I enjoy Coh2. I want this game to be balanced as it can possibly be for

okw
soviets
