No it could be like Puma is with mobile defense doctrine. CP5 Call-in, that has little better AI, but no Target weak point ability and range 40 on gun.
Ostheer just miss so much early AI vehicles, 222 is just so bad at AI...

I think a Afrika Korps faction/commander would be more fitting, also considering that you can put sand on maps in world builder maybe that is something that proves that Relic might have something like that in the works?
