As title suggests.
Storm troopers called in through the Elite Troops doctrine cannot use hold fire. It makes the unit significantly harder to use as a disruption/ ambush unit since they cannot resist the urge to fire at max range with MP40s.
Storm troopers from German Infantry Doctrine seem to have no such issue.
