I just watched a replay of map hacker and i have the replay.

I can point all the evidence of cheating in the replay and I even got the talking of these two player.

Can anyone tell me how to submit the cheater?

Here is the address of the replay if you'd like to see the picture i capture directly. I can do it tomorrow and show you how he cheated.
