comparing german and soviet build times for comparable buildings, soviets are incredibly slow. How is this viable early game when soviets should be able to build t2 building in as quick time.
Not only that, it also seems pioneers capture territory faster.
And finally, I am sure this has been said before, but soviets would like bunkers too, or something similar.
