Ya it's been a bit of a problem. I hear them scream "Grenade!" And they are already dying from it. Best I've been able to do is watch for the motions of them throwing it.

Has anyone else heard the female sniper version?
As it detonates she goes 'Gree-naeeedd' in her highest pitch.

Yeah, units now shout the warning sound when they are hit by the grenade. Super annoying!
