I have an hd7970 sapphire ghz ed. , 8gb ram 1600mhz, i5 3570 3.4Ghz, can i run on max settings with 1440x900 Total war: Rome 2 ???

Well it is hard to say since the game isnt out yet. But by looking at your setup i think it is safe to say that you will be able tu run the game on High/Max setting.

I would say yes, though I really do not understand people with obviously nice computers who have no idea of the capability of said computer.
