you cant flank MG42 with conscript in early game, instead, MG42 can just take his time to rotate and pin you, german just spam 3 or 4 MG hold the fuel point, then spam scout car, great, now it can kill both infantry and light armor.

keep nerf soviet, here is my suggestion.
conscript shouldnt even have weapon, how come conscript can have rifle for every solider?
they can only throw rocks, wait a minute, they even dont have resource for the uniform, just make them naked would be appropriate.
