Anyone who has been suspended is welcome to write info@relic.com to discuss the issue. I've had several constructive conversations with people who have been suspended. Just this week we suspended a player for a week and then after a conversation decreased that to 1 day.
In that situation he was able to see what was wrong with his conduct and promised to moderate his own behaviour in the future. Now there's no guarantee he won't break the rules again, but I'm for giving people who are willing to try the benefit of the doubt.
We don't discuss specific situations in public so I won't comment on the case that people have referenced other than to say repeat that everyone has the same chance to discuss their situation offline and in private.
