AI commanders bug?

I noticed that bots dont use all commanders. Just check USF, bots dont use Heavy Cavalry Company and Tactical Support Company. This applies to all factions. Example - OKW bots dont use Feurersturm and Overwatch doctrines. Soviet and wehrmacht too. Example - Partisan Tactics. Maybee someone fix that?

Would like the expert AI to use mines and use better tactics, instead of cheating.
