I was playing a singel game match and save it. When I started again the AI has took over my troops and I get the AIs. How I change it back to right?

It's called desync and you can't fix it unless you get a better Internet connection or a better computer or just lowet your settings.

Didn't he mean a campaign game? Usually you have an AI mate there. IIRC, some triggers can transfer control of your units to AI or vise versa.
mastered mode: 4v3 
drops > mates > rng > pathfinding > ??? > skill
