USF Reach echelons: If you upgrade them with somehting like flame throwers they wont have access to their smoke please fix quick

Did you do a search? Apparently not.Not a bug, but a new change please read the changelogs and please don't post in all caps.

This thread has been started before the patchnotes you have linked came out. The change was a ninja in DBP 1.1.
