Although the total cost for T2 didn't change, 90 fuel is a bit too much imo. It will delay the pak/222/251 greatly. Maybe 70 fuel for T2 cost is better?

1st, BP2 is a tech before tier3. Before tier2 we tech BP1 which wasnt changed at all.

2nd there is already a similar topic with new OST tech changes. Next time browse first then create a new thread ;)

I think we can lock this one before misunderstandings arise :)
