2v2 vs okw

i need to know what the optimal build order vs okw is for the current as sov. maxims are poop, scripts are poop unless supported by shocks and luchs punishes a manpower heavy penal strat. advice is welcome.

Hi there!
Never had mutch problem conter lutch with penal. Make sure you split them, 1 or 2 ptrs upgrade is anough to keep it at bay.
If he insist you sneek up 1 squad behind him to trow him a sticky bomb.
If this doesn't work go :

At gun
Support ( mortar, mg.. )

Build tier 1

Build tier 2 (when your losing so much early game which will happen)
Maxim
More Penals (Optional)
Engineer(plant mines)
Tier 3. The purpose of tier 3 is to:
1.)If he blobs too hard go for m5 haltrack
2.)If he has light vehicles 222/221,puma,luchs get su 76 or t-70
