Is there a link to the particular strategy you are talking about?

so, T-70 rush is not valid while flame HT is fine, and PZIV or STUG eats entire soviet T3 alive?

instead of a t70 nerf how about a pak buff? it would be a win win because relic wouldn't have to decrease the costs and it can be some what useful now
I agree

Yeah, T-70 is just a slightly more (arguably) effective version of the standard Greyhound "rush" from CoH1. The difference is that the PaK isn't quite as likely to hit it as before.

Rather than change the t70 I agree that the Pak needs an slight accuracy buff. I also think PGs should be able to buy single shreks for 60-75 munis like in vcoh. This would make it a lot more easier for Ostheer players to be able to counter the t70's spam.
Agreed but I doubt the single shreck upgrade will ever come...

I think the T-70 will kill that single shrek squad, unless you already have one with double shreks
