[HELP] Custom Victory Point Win Condition

I'm trying to create a custom win condition with victory point. I have successfully created a custom win condition before, but it is only annihilation. So how do I set it up to be Victory point? I clicked the option box where it displays the ticker, but capturing victory points, points are not lost.
