Trying to get into streaming on twith with Obs but everytime i try to stream i get alot of lag/delay ingame i try to put all my setting on low and i try to stream with diff setting as 30 / 60 fps 720p to 360p but cant seem to fix my problem.
I think my spec should be able to stream here they are : 60 download speed / 10 upload
-i5 3570
- 660 gtx
- 8 gb memory 1600
Anyone can help me with that?

that strange because i use OBS to stream and works really fine, my down speed is just 24 and upload 1.5mb, its enough to stream at 720p. go to the options on OBS and change the resolution downscale to 1.25, put frames to 30, and on CBR put 8 of quality. in the broadcast settings what settings do you have? regarding bitrate on video encoding? if you have like 10mb upload you could use a very high value, i use 1100/1200 and run really smoothly.
also try to reduce bitrate for audio to like 128 (if you have higher)

what's your internet connection ? you need to make sure you have a good upload speed as well.
Edit: sorry I just noticed your internet connection, it should be fine.
is the lag/delay only when watching streaming or is your game choppy as well?
