I'm trying to find a way to replicate the modify_weapondamage option from CheatCommandsMod to implement increasing weapon ranges. As far as I've checked the syntax goes like this //ModID Modify_WeaponRange( SGroupID/EGroupID group, String hardpoint, Real scalefactor )// lets just say I'm trying to increase the range of the shocktroopers PPSh41 to about 1.5x its current value. I changed LUA paths but to no avail I wasnt able to make it work.
Using weapon Modifiers thru SCAR

If you apply the same modifier via the AE, does it work?
I have found that some modifiers just don't work, I forget if this was one of them.
