A question about infantry units.

When a vehicle drives up to a group of infantry, the infantry units will automatically run to the sides so that the vehicle can drive pass.

I was wondering if this feature can be disabled by the Tools? If so, how do I do it? I haven't been able to find any options that looks like what I'm looking for.
