So how can I download modded skins from other people so I can edit them in photoshop?

cant find the burner.exe to convert .rgt to .tga

Found the burner.exe but is not working properly. When I try to run it, it opens for half a second but then it closes on its own. I clicked on it multiple times until the application runs, (which looks like a command prompt) but then when i try to type something, it closes again. Cant even see the burn button. Am I using it wrong? Should I uninstall COH Tools and and install it again? Thoughts?
