Stream Settings (esp. higher quality of xsplit)

I need to update the settings of xslpit, because i have VDSL50 now, but im pretty nooby with settings at all. Would be nice if some streamer, who use higher setting at xslit could write their setting down here

do you have the premium version? i think xsplit does not allow streaming in qualities higher than 720p without premium....
also, a free alternative is OBS.
