Riflemen Sprint Retreat Question

Last time I used the Rifle doc, Sprint on Riflemen will give a movement debuff that persisted even during retreats. Does this still happen or it got fixed?

Still happens, is one of the reasons it's just not very good, the old Fire Up! at least made you shrug off Surpression effects.
