I have a steam acc, and 3 coh keys (vcoh, of, tov) added to it.
Can I remove one (let say TOV) and add it to an other steam account?

you need to send an e-mail to valve customer service. It's unlikely they will fulfill your request they can be arsey about un-attaching keys.
