Adviceses for 1v1 as Soviets

As 78 level player, I can easily beat 0-200 level scale but every time I queued up, enemy is always 400 level. Soviet faction is my main and i need your adviceses to improve my gameplay.

1)Cap your territory first
2)Use tac map or other tools to improve micro and unit preservation
3)Be more aggressive; attack his cut off, harrass rear areas
