how to destroy team weapons more effectively ?

Because press G isn't fast enough and i saw some players did it with ease, hell some even use AT rifle to destroy team weapons they must be using some kind of mod ?

Ah, what you want is to use the attack button (Q for gridkeys, A for classic hotkeys) on the team weapons. This will cause the unit's weapons to directly target the weapon, getting the benefit of rolling for a direct hit on the weapon based off of accuracy rather than just letting every shots randomly land in an area.
